Article 1 (Application)

These terms set forth the conditions for use of Hundredth Billing (hereinafter "the Service"). Users shall use the Service upon agreeing to these terms.

Article 2 (Definitions)

In these terms, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

"User" refers to any individual or entity that registers and uses the Service.
"Content" refers to all data that users create and store through the Service.
"Organization" refers to the billing management unit that users create within the Service.

Article 3 (Registration)

Users shall register according to the methods prescribed by the Company. If registration information is found to be false, the Company may suspend the provision of the Service.

Article 4 (Fees and Payment)

The pricing plans for this Service are as follows:

Monthly Plan: ฿100/month (excl. tax) and up. Includes up to 100 clients.
Lifetime Plan: One-time ฿1000 (excl. tax). Includes up to 600 clients.

No additional fees are incurred based on the number of documents issued.

The Company may change fees with 30 days' prior notice.

Article 5 (Prohibited Activities)

Users shall not engage in the following activities when using the Service:

Activities that violate laws or public order and morals
Activities related to criminal acts
Activities that destroy or interfere with the Company's server or network functions
Activities that may interfere with the operation of the Service
Unauthorized collection or accumulation of other users' information
Unauthorized access or attempts thereof

Article 6 (Service Suspension)

The Company may temporarily suspend the Service without prior notice due to system maintenance, natural disasters, or other unavoidable circumstances.

Article 7 (Intellectual Property)

Intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to the Company. Rights to content created by users belong to the users.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

The Company does not warrant that the Service is free from factual or legal defects. Furthermore, the Company shall not be liable for damages arising from use of the Service, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 9 (Amendment of Terms)

The Company may amend these terms as necessary. Amended terms shall take effect upon posting on the Service.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, and disputes related to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Bangkok courts as the court of first instance.
